Universal Business Team (UBT) were repositioning their brand and business offering, which required UBT to relocate to a significantly larger Sydney Corporate Head Office.

Endeavour Property Advisory secured 3,500m2 of office space over contagious levels, in Sydney Olympic Park.

At this time in the market, this was only option based on their specific requirements which included, a new building, contiguous floors, public transport, parking, and strong local recreational infrastructure.
