Freedom Executive Team appointed Endeavour Property Advisory to undertake a review of their national store portfolio.

The goal was to benchmark stores based on a series of pre agreed performance metrics.

Action

  • Understand the clients objectives

  • Collection and analysis of data (Sales, Customer, Rental, Outgoings, Demographic, Expenses)

  • Benchmarking of market rental & Outgoings data

  • Classification of stores into 3 performance categories

Result

Freedom were able to use this data to:

  • Establish the ideal location for their high performance stores

  • Determine what constituted a poor performing store

  • Identify stores that needed to be closed

  • Grow new stores in areas that meet their high performance metrics
