Situation

Excelsia College had to relocate from their Drummoyne premises due to a redevelopment. Endeavour was appointed to search for a suitable property and develop a consultant team that could help deliver their specific requirements for a performing arts based college.

Result

The college had a series of very unique requirements around sound recording, theatre, lecture rooms and counselling services. This combined with a limited budget Endeavour had its work cut out for them. Endeavour found a non-traditional office/warehouse property in Macquarie Park that could be refitted to their exact requirements. Endeavour were also able to structure a lease that incorporated fixed rental reviews throughout a 10 year term which has been absolutely essential in it budgeting for the success of Excelsia College.
