  • Understand the brief required by Sonic Healthcare for their Global Head Office

  • Source suitable premium grade office buildings in the CBD Core

  • Negotiate with a landlord who had a full office tower that required existing tenant negotiation

  • Introducing Sonic to spatial planning services to help define their requirements


Result

  • Securing 3,000m2 of premium office space in one of Sydney’s best buildings, “Grosvenor Place”

  • Market based incentive despite the 100% occupancy of the building
