Undertaking an occupancy cost benchmark review of Lindt’s national portfolio
Undertaking a network gap analysis of Lindt’s national store network
Result
Endeavour identified strong performing store locations for Lindt, to ensure continued business investment was provided by Lindt in these locations, but more importantly, to seek improved lease terms at lease renewal, to further bolster Lindt’s future success. Also, poorly performing store locations were identified so Lindt could undertake further internal review.
Network gaps within Lindt’s national store network were identified by Endeavour and coupled with the performance, catchment and customer profile metrics, Endeavour recommended various new locations for Lindt to consider for their boutique stores.
